Some stores will open with capacity controls. However, these reopenings do come with safety stipulations. Now, with some states relaxing their restrictions, businesses are faced with another transition - reopening. While many retailers continued to operate normally online and innovated by launching contactless curbside pickup options, some of the stores deemed “nonessential” have kept their doors closed to shoppers for more than a month.
